Community Guidelines of the SkarbeX Application.

1. purpose of the document
The Rules of the Community stipulate the rules of publishing content by users of the SkarbeX application, how to report abuse, and the actions of the administration in terms of moderation and security.
The purpose of these rules is to provide a safe, friendly and cultural environment for all users to exchange experiences.
2. acceptance of the rules
2.1 Using the SkarbeX application and publishing any content (posts, photos, comments, messages) implies acceptance of these Community Terms and Conditions.
2.2 By accepting this document, you acknowledge that you have also read:
3 Allowed and unauthorized content
3.1 Permitted Content:
Photos and descriptions of your own finds (legitimate),
educational, historical and collector content,
Substantive discussions and exchange of experiences among users.
3.2 Prohibited Content:
Publish content that:
violate laws, copyrights or personal rights,
contain violence, vulgarity, hate speech or racist content,
Promote hatred, violence, alcohol, drugs or weapons,
depict or promote antiquities, ammunition, unexploded ordnance, explosives,
constitute spam, advertisements or links to suspicious sites,
Are false, offensive or misleading,
violate the privacy of other users (e.g., personal information, private locations).
4 Rules of conduct
4.1. Mutual respect is a rule in the Application - it is not allowed to insult, harass or ridicule other users.
4.2. Impersonation of other people or organizations is prohibited.
4.3. The user is obliged to maintain confidentiality when receiving private messages from other people.
5. reporting violations
5.1 Any user can report content that, in their opinion, violates the Rules of the Community.
5.2 Reports can be made directly in the application through the "Report" function.
5.3 Reports are reviewed by moderators within 24 hours.
5.4 If the violation is confirmed - the content will be removed, and the user may be warned, blocked or removed.
6 Blocking and sanctions
6.1 Moderators may block or delete the account of a user who:
repeatedly violates community rules,
Publishes illegal or dangerous content,
abuses the reporting function or acts to the detriment of the community.
6.2 Blocked user:
Cannot contact other users,
can't see content published by people who have blocked it,
loses the ability to publish new materials.
6.3 In case of serious violations (e.g., incitement to violence, crime), the owner of the application may provide relevant data to law enforcement agencies.
7 Responsibilities of the administrator and moderators
7.1 The Administrator and moderators of the Application undertake to:
To respond to requests within 24 hours,
Removal of content that violates the Regulations,
Maintaining security and a good community climate.
7.2 The Administrator reserves the right to:
modification, restriction or deletion of content without giving any reason,
Temporarily or permanently block the account in case of serious violations.
8 User responsibility
8.1 You are fully responsible for all content you publish.
8.2 The Application owner is not responsible for content that violates the law or the rights of third parties - the responsibility rests with the person who published it.
8.3 By publishing content, you grant the owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Application.
9. changes to community bylaws
9.1 The Owner may amend these Community Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2 The amended version will be published on the Application website.
9.3 Continued use of the Application after the amendments are made constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
